Working with produce carefully selected for its quality, the cooks fine-tune all their know-how to find the perfect balance between flavours, textures and colours… because culinary pleasure begins with the eyes.

Calf sweetbreads, chuck steak, Breton lobster, stuffed porcini mushrooms, John Dory or pollack, veal liver with parsley, homemade oxtail terrine, slow-cooked foie gras, salmon gravadlax, etc.

7 kinds of cheese, made from 100% raw milk with advanced maturation.
